I'm noticing some connectivity issues between 38.87.162.8 (Data Ideas with
Josh) and 198.251.81.133. ping seems to work but connecting to ports 1337 and
31337 does not, all packets get dropped.

Can you check if something is happening on your side or path.net? I have been
troubleshooting this and I don't see any firewall on my side.
